Ribsy

I am Eric Toribio aka Ribsy, a street photographer who is drawn to the intrigue of human connection.

During chance encounters and aimless walks, I am captivated by random moments with complete strangers.

These moments are typically slow and calm, a rarity in my home city of New York. With my camera I attempt to capture the essence of my subject while leaving plenty to

the viewer's imagination.

For each photograph, I engage my subject, talk to them, and share a thorough but fleeting connection.

I hope my photography encourages viewers to consider empathy and understanding in all interactions, whether with strangers or loved ones.
