"I spend part of every summer in Wyoming. Although it's the least populated state, I have found it to be full of more life and color than many other more populated areas. This photo was taken in the Summer on my Pentax 67ii with Kodak Ektar 100." - Cole

"I am a scientist by profession and photography is among my hobbies. Photography had in fact gone into hibernation for nearly a decade till the availability of film and refurbished old film SLRs and TLRs pushed me to resurrect it a few months ago.
I photograph scenes close to where I live and work. Living in a crowded city such as Bangalore may offer a lot of opportunities for street photography, but my personality does not allow me to capture people going about doing their everyday things on film (or a sensor for that matter). I spend time in dwindling green spaces and look for flora and their remains that appeal to me. Most of the photos in this series represent a very hot and dry February here in Bangalore, characterised by dry, fallen leaves, ash left after they are burnt, and the green shoots and mature foliage and human settlements that offer contrast.
I shoot both 35mm and 120 - 6x6 (on a Yashica Mat 124G TLR) and 6x4.5 (on a Pentax 645), and Kodak Gold has quickly become my mainstay for medium format colour photography for the excellent cost to image quality balance it offers (especially for the hobbyist who does photography purely for the joy of spending time framing scenes). My films are developed in Kolkata by Congelata Momento studio." - Aswin

"I’ve been passionate about film photography for the past four years and am now based in Perth, Australia. This series of photos showcases the beauty of this often underrated city, highlighting the stunning beaches and natural landscapes. There’s always something new to appreciate in this vibrant environment." - Chloe
